1 Cup Chicken Broth
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
14 ounces can Mini Ears of Corn, cut in 3/4 in. pieces, drain ( Opt. )
Hot Cooked Rice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Cup Celery, chop
1 Onion, chop
1 Carrot, Julienne
1/2 Red Pepper, Julienne ( Opt. )
