Chicken Lime Tostadas
Add the tang of lime to these chicken tostadas for a quick weeknight meal.

1-1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup lime juice
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons oregano
10 white corn tortillas
Cooking spray
Desired toppings. We like black refried beans, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, green onion, and fresh limes.

Place the chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Top with vinegar, lime juice, sugar, salt, pepper, onion, garlic, and oregano. Cook for 4 hours on medium or high heat.
