4 Sambar Onions (Shallots) finely sliced
1 1/2 tbsp Thai red curry paste
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
1 cup Basmati rice cooked
3/4 cup cucumber diced
coriander leaves handful ,chopped
Salt as per taste
black pepper powder as per taste
2 Spring onions finely chopped
