1 T olive oil
8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
Kosher salt and ground black pepper ( to taste )
3 T salted butter
2 cloves garlic
4 asparagus spears
1/2 c diced zucchini
1/4 c diced sweet bell pepper
8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 c chicken broth
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c finely grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c frozen peas
1/4 c minced fresh chives
2 T chopped fresh basil
1 c broccoli florets
1 T olive oil
