1/4 white pepper pwder
1 tsp sugar ( granuled )
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce
25 Wonton wrapper sheets
DIPPING SAUCE:
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 garlic cloves
1 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp granulated sugar
