I love stir-frying my food because you can use any combination of vegetables that you have on hand for a delicious and healthy meal. 1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red bell pepper ( thinly sliced )
1 green bell pepper ( thinly sliced )
1 medium zucchini ( sliced )
1 medium yellow squash ( sliced )
1 cup fresh broccoli ( chopped into bite-sized pieces )
1/2 cup onion ( diced )
2 chicken breasts, fully cooked and diced*
3 tablespoons low-sodium teriyaki sauce ( or homemade teriyaki sauce )
