I made this sauce up one day and it was so good that I called it terrific. I mean, it is so amazingly good that I could probably eat it on shoe leather and it would be a treat! I served it over chicken, but I think you could use steak or pork chops as well. I think it would even go over salmon – just use your imagination and you will love it as well.

¼ lb. bacon ( diced )
4 tsp garlic
½ C mushrooms ( sliced )
10 shrimp ( peeled and cut into thirds )
1? C cream
? C milk
2 T Marcella Cooking Wine
1 tsp. chicken bullion
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. rosemary ( fresh, chopped )
¼ tsp red pepper flakes
2 T green onions ( sliced )
? C Parmesan cheese, grated
2 oz Swiss cheese ( grated )
white pepper ( to taste )
6 Chicken Breasts ( grilled )
