500 g boneless chicken
1 bowl cream
50 g cashew
50 g almonds, soaked and peeled
1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup tomato puree
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 tbsp garlic paste
to taste red chilli powder
to taste jeera powder
to taste coriander powder
to taste garam masala
to taste black pepper
to taste salt
2 green chillies
3 coriander leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes and onions
1 bowl cream
50 g cashew
50 g almonds, soaked and peeled
1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/2 cup tomato puree
3 tbsp mustard oil
1 cup curd (dahi)
1 tbsp garlic paste
to taste red chilli powder
to taste jeera powder
to taste coriander powder
to taste garam masala
to taste black pepper
to taste salt
2 green chillies
3 coriander leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped tomatoes and onions
1. Add the ginger and garlic paste into the chicken along with garam masala powder,black pepper powder,coriander powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder, salt, mustard oil and curd.
