1 can (14-1/2 ounces) ready-to-use chicken broth, 3 Tbsp saved aside
2 celery stalks, sliced 1/4-inch thick
2 large carrots, sliced 1/4-inch thick
1 small onion, cut in half and sliced
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained
1 can (16 ounces) bean sprouts, drained
1 bag frozen Stir Fry Vegetables of your choice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
