All the flavors of sour cream chicken enchiladas verde, with only 6 ingredients and its ready in 30 mins! YUM!

2 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
2 c elbow macaroni
1 (10 oz) can green enchilada sauce
1 (4 oz) can chopped green chiles
3/4 c sour cream
8 oz monterey jack cheese
