Chicken breasts in a mushroom cream sauce, topped with melted Muenster cheese.

4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cup + 3 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons butter, divided
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
4-6 slices Muenster cheese
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish, optional
