2 T Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Preheat oven 425
Rinse chicken and pat dry
Mix wine, garlic, herbs and olive oil.
Toss chicken in herb mixture to coat.
Place in 9x13 roasting pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake 425 for 40 - 45 min until chicken is done and juices run clear.
Serve with cous cous, rice or potatoes and green vegetable.
