1 tablespoon Olive oil
1/2 Brown Onion ( finely diced )
3 Corn cobs ( corn kernels removed )
2 Cloves Garlic ( finely chopped )
500 ml Chicken stock
125 ml Cream
80 grams Baby Roma Tomatoes ( finely chopped )
50 ml Gin
140 grams Blues swimmer crab meat
3 tablespoons corriander ( chopped )
pinch Salt
Tabasco sauce
  1. In a medium size pot melt butter with oil over a low heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for a few minutes until translucent, be careful not to brown.
