Chinese Food Recipe: Braised Mushroom and Bamboo Shoots

A vegetarian dish more delicious than meat!

200g fresh bamboo shoots
50g dried mushroom
5g salt
30g dark soy sauce
10g scallion
5g sugar
30g vegetable oil
Soak the dried mushrooms with cool water for 1 hour. Cut the soaked mushrooms and the bamboo shoot into cubes. Chop the scallion. Heat the oil and sauté the scallion until there is aroma. Add the mushroom and the bamboo shoot, sauté for 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, cover and cook in medium fire for 5 minutes. Uncover, add the sugar and salt, continue to sauté for 2 more minutes, until the sauce becomes think and evenly wrap the materials.
