Chinese Fried Rice (Restaurant Style)

I have been making fried rice for years, and have just barely perfected this Chinese fried rice. All my attempts never quite tasted the way you get it in the restaurants, which bugged me, and my husband didn't really like them because they didn't have enough flavor. I figured out the secret though, and this recipe is the perfect result!

6 cups cooked jasmine rice
3 TBS vegetable oil
3 eggs
4 green onions
1/2 cup thin-sliced ham
1 cube Maggi or 1 tsp bouillon
Sea salt, to taste (I use 1/2-1 TBS)
