This is a classic Chinese comfort food that my mom cooks quite often at home. It's a super quick and easy meal, ready in less than fifteen minutes, and it tastes amazing! Served over rice, it is the perfect home-cooked Chinese meal, without a lot of the excessive oil and grease you find at Chinese restaurants.

1 14 oz block firm tofu, cubed
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
