Chinese Lemon Chicken

This dish was pretty good, my lemon sauce was not very yellow so I added a drop of food coloring. I wanted my lemon chicken to look lemony, I may have over done it.

6 ounces lemon curd
1 tablespoon water
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
3/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cups chicken stock
3 green onions, sliced
