Zest and juice of 4 limes
3-4 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
1 tbsp. chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
2 tsp. honey
ΒΌ cup cilantro, chopped

1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 red bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed & chopped into bite size pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed & chopped into bite size pieces
1 green bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed & chopped into bite size pieces
4 jalapeno peppers, ribs and seeds removed & chopped into bite size pieces
1 red onion, chopped into bite size pieces
