Chocolate Biscuit Slice
Yes you read it right chocolate biscuit slice very easy and no baking required..

Ingredient s
125g butter chopped
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
250g or 1 packet arrowroot biscuits roughly chopped
Chocolate icing
2 Cups pure icing sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
40g butter melted
2 tablespoons boiling water
125g butter chopped
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 egg lightly beaten
1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
250g or 1 packet arrowroot biscuits roughly chopped
Chocolate icing
2 Cups pure icing sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
40g butter melted
2 tablespoons boiling water
Method
1. Grease and line a pan with baking paper. Place butter, sugar, vanilla and cocoa in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 -4mins or untill butter has melted. Set aside to cool approx 5mins.
2. Add egg to mixture prepared earlier. Place pan over low heat. Cook, whisking constanly for 10 mins or until thick and smooth transfer to large bowl.
3. Now add rougly chopped biscuits and stir to combine. Spoon the biscuit mixture into greased baking paper pan. Smooth the surface. Cover and refrigerate it for 2 to 3hours. I usually leave it overnight.
