1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup Hershey's Dark Cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 cup boiling water
