Chocolate Chip Butterscotch Pudding Cookies

2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 package instant butterscotch pudding
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, room temperature
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Cream together butter, sugars, vanilla, and butterscotch pudding mix. 3. Mix in the room temperature eggs. 4. Add the flour and baking soda, and stir until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. 5. Scoop the cookie dough in to a baking sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
