Follow the instructions in this recipe to make the cookie batter:

Add 1/4 extra spoon of baking powder to the batter. Make sure it is refrigerated for atleast 1 hour.
On the baking sheet, add dough and shape it with your hand, until it is in a rectangular/square shape. It should be 1.2 cm thick, and 20*18 cm in length and width. Place in preheated oven of 170 degrees and cook for 10-15 minutes. The top should still be soft when you take it out of the oven.
Let it cool for 6 minutes.
Repeat this process for the next layer(s).
After the layers have cooled, begin assembling the cake. Place the cream on top of the cookie until it covers the surface completely, then place the other layer on top of it. Repeat this for the number of layers you have.
On the top, place spoonfuls of whip cream.
Add chocolate and caramel syrup to the top.
(You can add marshmallows, sprinkles, icecream.... etc!)
