2 C hulled and sliced strawberries
2 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 C oat flour
1 C all-prupose flour
4 TSP baking powder
1 TSP kosher salt
1 TSP cinnamon
2 large eggs (at room temperature)
1 C white granulated sugar with a little extra on the side to use for sprinkling the tops
1 C unsweetened almond milk (whole, non-fat, and soy can be used as well)
1/2 C coconut oil
1 TSP vanilla extract
