Best way to describe this is as follows: My husband is a "choco-holic." When he first bit into these the first sound out of his mouth was "W*O*W ! ! ! ! ! I asked him if it was chocolate overload and he shook his head yes :)

1 pkg refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookies
(I used the kind that are ready to break and bake, but tub, or roll cookies would work too.)
1 box of Brownie Mix (enough for a 13 x 9 baking dish)
2 eggs (you want cake like brownies . . . I went with fudgy the 1st time and they were too soft)
Oil
Water
12 Mini Peanut Butter Cups (unwrapped)

12 Mini Peanut Butter Cups (unwrapped)
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Spray 12 muffin cups with vegetable spray, or grease with butter/shortening.
3. Prepare Brownie Mix to be cake like brownies.
4. Place 1 cookie worth of dough in each cup and flatten out to cover the bottom.
5. Top with Peanut Butter Cup.
6. Top with brownie Mix . . fill cup 3/4 full
7. Tap pan so brownie mix "oozes" down and seals in the peanut b utter cup. (Note picture of "fudgy" brownie mix and how the muffin fell apart.)
8. Bake for 18 minutes.
9. Cool on baking rack . . . brownies will fall, due to melting peanut bitter cup.
10. Remove from pan and cool more.
