Deliciously fudgy blondies loaded with peanut butter, and topped with a salted peanut chocolate layer!

3/4 cup unsalted butter ( 170g melted )
1 cup brown sugar ( 200g )
1/2 cup granulated sugar ( 100g )
1 large egg and 1 large egg yolk
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter ( 125g )
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups plain or all purpose flour ( 190g )
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips ( 265g )
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter ( 65g )
1 cup salted peanuts ( 125g chopped )
