3/4 cup (95 g) frozen raspberries
1/3 cup (75 g) fresh pineapples
1.5 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon peanut butter
3 tablespoons rolled oats
1 fl oz (30 ml) water
TOPPING - Optional:
5-6 raspberries
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
1 teaspoon cocoa nibs
4 slices of pineapple
