Chong Qing Diced Chicken, as the name suggests is a delicious snack and a side dish that is widely consumed delicacy in the region of Chong Qing. It is made by deep-frying diced chicken which is then seasoned with dried Chili, fried garlic and Sichuan peppercorn. Being a popular dish, you can enjoy this around many popular restaurants around the globe - good restaurants in Singapore for example serve slightly different variants of this dish. 10 grams Garlic
