Not too many days left until Christmas Eve. Many of you are in the midst of menu preparation, trying new recipes and digging up old ones. 12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups of red chile sauce
1 cup of chopped green chiles
2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 cups of red chile sauce
1 cup of chopped green chiles
2 cups of shredded pepper jack cheese
Preheat your oven to 350
In a large mixing bowl toss the shredded pepper jack cheese and the chopped green chiles together
