Slow cooked chuck steak seasoned with peppers and olives. This is an easy family friendly dish for all, children and adults.

2 lb chuck roast, cut into chunks
2 cloves garlic
2 bell peppers, coarsely chopped (green or mixed)
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
3/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp cumin
5 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup beef bouillion
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup sliced green olives with pimentos

Heat oil until hot but not smoking in skillet. Dredge the roast chunks in flour mixture (salt, pepper and cumin) and brown on all sides in oil. Remove to crock pot and add onions and peppers to skillet....
