Churro Fries

Churros and fries. Two of my favorite things! Put them together and BOOM you have an amazing snack.

FOR THE CINNAMON AND SUGAR MIXTURE
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

FOR THE DOUGH
1 cup water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup all-purpose flour
Additional oil for cooking (enough for about 3-4 inches of oil)
