I just love my bowl of cold cereal each morning. However, I made these for my kids last weekend and they may have changed the way that I think about breakfast! These are so delicious and just melt in your mouth. If you are super adventurous, you could smother them in maple syrup (just don’t call me when you have to get your cavity filled at the dentist . . . ha ha!!). These would also make an amazing dessert! Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and you have an amazing treat! (PS If you like

Churro Waffles
Ingredients:
For the waffles (or you can use your favorite recipe or waffle mix):
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
2 Tablespoons white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups warm milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the cinnamon/sugar covering:
3/4 cup sugar
3-4 Tablespoons cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
