A nice salad with cilantro for a refreshing taste.

Romaine Lettuce - chopped and fill the jar about 2/3s full
1 half of a cucumber - chopped (I peel it, but you don't have to)
1/2 cup cilantro - chopped (use the stems too)
7 grape or cherry tomatoes - quartered
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp olive oil

2 Tbsp olive oil
Fill the jar with the vegetables in the order above. Seal the jars. Mix the lemon juice and olive oil in a separate container. Store up to 11 days in the refrigerator. (Maybe more. That is all I tested.)
