If you have ever had a Horchata, you will LOVE this recipe, not only because it's delicious but because you can feel great about drinking it and sharing it with your loved ones. It's super simple to make and beats any other Horchata recipe right out of the water, lol! :)

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup brown rice, raw
5 cups water ( filtered )
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon stevia ( pure powder, or 1/3 cup raw honey )
Directions 1. Place rice and water in blender and mix 1 full minute. Let set 4 hours. 2. Strain t he rice, using a nut milk bag , squeezing out all of the extra water into a pitcher. 3. Pour the rice milk in the pitcher back into the blender and add all of the remaining ingredients. 4. Mix well and serve over ice.
