rolling mixture:

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups cinnamon chips
rolling mixture:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Mix flour, baking powder,cream of tarter, sugars, salt in mixing bowl.
Slowly add softened butter, eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add cinnamon chips. Roll into balls and roll into cinnamon and sugar.
