Easy cinnamon cake mix cookies have a hidden caramel center that will make everyone smile.

1 white cake mix
1 egg
8 Tablespoons butter ( melted )
4 ounces cream cheese ( softened )
2 teaspoons cinnamon

3-4 Tablespoons cinnamon sugar
