Pure simplicity! I always love making homemade energy bars as there’s SO many different types you can make! It’s a much cheaper solution to make your own instead of having to purchase them in store, and you know exactly what you are putting into your body which is a huge plus in my books! 1/2c raw almonds
1c packed dates
1tsp cinnamon
1/2c raw almonds
1c packed dates
1tsp cinnamon
Soak dates in hot water for 30-60 minutes, drain and pat dry.
Using a food processor, process pecans and almonds until they reach a crumb like texture.
