Delicious spiced donuts that are baked not fried!

1 3/4 cups flour
1 11/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
additional cinnamon and sugar for topping

Sift together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Add egg, milk, and oil.
Mix just until combined, and pour batter evenly into pan.**
Bake at 350* for 12 - 15 minutes.
