Classic Brownies with Chocolate Frosting

Tried and True brownie recipe my family has been making for years! It makes perfect, soft and chewy brownies! Add some chocolate frosting on top and you've got one of my all time favorite desserts!

For the brownies:
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup butter, melted (2 sticks)
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

For the frosting:
2 3/4 cup confectioner's sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
6 Tbsp butter
5 Tbsp evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Pour melted butter over cocoa and mix. Add sugar and mix. Add eggs and mix. Add Vanilla and mix. Add salt, flour, and nuts and mix. Pour into greased 9x13'' baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30...
