+For the dressing+
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
+For the coleslaw+
1 medium head of red cabbage
1 medium head of green cabbage
4 medium carrots, peeled
4 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1/2 lemon
1/4 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon agave nectar
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil until thickened.
