An awesome mouth watering delicacy filled with the richness if coconut and the sweetness of jaggery....Yummy !!

Milk - 1/2 cup
Semolina - 1tsp
Flour - 50gms
Wheat Flour - 50gms
White Sugar - 1 tbsp
Brown Jaggery - 500 gms
Vegatable Oil - for frying
1 Grated Coconut
Water for preparing dough

For the wraps:
1. Take milk into a bowl. Add the Semolina to it and soak for half an hour.
2. Now add the flour, wheat flour, sugar and a little water into the above bowl and make a smooth thick paste with good consistency. Stir the mixture well. Keep the mixture aside.
For the filling:
3.Take a frying pan. Put a little oil then add the coconut and the jaggery. Mix well and fry for 10-15 mins on simmer until the mixture begins to leave the pan and becomes like a dough. Keep it aside
FInal Steps:
4.Now take a non stic frying pan. preheat 2 tbsp oil in it and ensure that the entire frying surface is layered with the oil. Keep on medium flame.
5. Take a big Ladle. take one ladle full of the wrap mixture prepared earlier and spread it out on the pan similar to frying a pancake or an omlette. let one side become cooked light brown. then add sufficient amount of filling inside it roll it up and twist it now cook it for little more time and its dine. Prepare one by one.
6. Serve hot or cold tastes good in both ways..enjoy !!
