Coconut-Chocolate Chip-Oatmeal Cookies
A combination cookie for the times when you can't decide on one kind of cookie to make.

1 c. (16 T.) butter, softened
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sweetened coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed

1 tsp. vanilla extract

2 1/2 c. rolled oats
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. sweetened coconut
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Measure oats into a blender or food processor. Blend to a fine powder. Set aside.
