Coconut Chutney

Coconut chutney is one of my family favorite recipe. My kids and husband loves this I usually serve it with semolina idli. Check my semolina recipe.

Ingredients:
2 cups freshly grated coconut
1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves
3 tbsp. lemon juice or tamarind
1 tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
1 green chili (optional)
salt to taste
2 cups freshly grated coconut

Method:
Blend all ingredients together.
Serve with rice/roti and curry. I like mine with idli
Can be refrigerated for a couple of days.
Note: I use tamarind for better taste.
