Coconut Cookie Balls

My cousin makes these awesome coconut cookie balls that look scrumptious. I am just dying to try them. From what I’ve seen, her children really love them. They would make a great snack. Also, with no cooking, they can’t be any easier.

2 cups of almond pulp
1 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of ground flax
2 carrots
2 apples
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1 cup of date paste
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1 cup of coconut flour
1/2 cup of ground flax
2 carrots
2 apples
1/2 cup of coconut flakes
1 cup of date paste
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
1. Peel/take the core out of the apples and shred them.
2. Shred the two carrots
3. Combine all ingredients
4. Form into balls
5. Dehydrate overnight (optional)
