Coktel de Camaron (Mexican Shrimp Cocktail)

4lbs cold, cooked, medium sized shrimp, cleaned & deveined
1qt vegetable juice
1qt ketchup
juice of 5 limes
2T horseradish
2T hot sauce
1T salt
1T pepper
1T granulated garlic
2c chopped onions
3c chopped tomatoes
4c chopped avocado
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1c chopped jalapeno(optional)
in a very large bowl, combine juices, ketchup, horseradish, hot sauce and spices. add shrimp and veggies, stirring well. keep chilled until serving time.
