Ingredients...
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/2 large or 1 small banana, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon cashew butter
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/3 cup Almond milk/Soy/Reg.
Handful chocolate chips
In a small pot on the stove, add all your ingredients except banana and chocolate chips, and bring mixture to a boil! Keep stirring, so mixture does not stick to the pot. Once bubbling, reduce heat to medium-low and let cook for 5 minutes. Now you want to add your banana and let cook for another 2-3 minutes. You can now remove from heat and stir in your chocolate chips. Serve with the ever so popular Cookie Butter on top if desired!
