Cool Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad

This an easy yet cooling chicken salad to try. I discovered it one weekend while looking for something to prepare for a friends lunch party. This has a lot of taste and is healthy!

2 organic chicken breasts
3 tbsp of fresh Greek plain yogurt
1 cup of halved red grapes
1 fresh finely chopped celery stalk
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch of ground pepper
4 cups of baby spinach and romaine
