Copycat Bang Bang Shrimp

Just like the shrimp at Bonefish Grill, with a light, crispy coating and a sweet and spicy sauce.

For the shrimp
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2/3 cup cornstarch
1 teaspoon Creole or Cajun seasoning
Cooking oil
2-3 sliced green onions, for garnish
For the Bang Bang Sauce
1/2 cup mayonaisse
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
