{copycat} Carino's Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia

When we go out to eat my hubby has a few tried and true dishes he eats at every restaurant. Him picky?? Nah! Neither are the kids…yeah right! At Carino’s we both LOVE the Jalapeño Garlic Tilapia, but going out to eat with four kids is woohee expensive plus it’s just more headache than it’s worth. A while back hubby decided he would give it a try to make the dish at home, then he got tired of me begging for him to make it every week :D so I came up with my own version, which not to toot my own ho

4-5 Tilapia fillets
seasoning( I use lemon pepper and usually a garlic herb mixture, but you could use what you like/have on hand)
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 box of spaghetti (or any pasta will do)
6 garlic cloves finely chopped
1/4 cup Jalapeño chopped finely (I just use pickled jalapeños out of a jar but you could use fresh(just use less) also I chop some up for hubby and I to sprinkle on top for extra spice.)
1 9oz bag fresh spinach
1-2 sticks of butter
1/2-1 1/2 cup of milk or heavy cream (depends on how much sauce you want, if you like a lot of sauce add more milk/cream.)
