1 large carrot, diced
1 celery stalk, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup couscous, plain (I used Near East plain quick cook)
1 3/4 cup chicken broth

Heat oil in a large pan on your stove top. Add in the carrots and celery and saute until softened, about 8-10 minutes. Add in garlic and cook just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
