A delicious quiche filled with potatoes, peppers, onions, ham, and cheese, lots of cheese.

1 Roll-out Pie Crust
1 Cup Ore Ida's Potato O'brien ( Defrosted )
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Eggs
1 Cup Diced Ham
1 3/4 Cup Cheddar Cheese ( shredded )
1 1/4 Cup Milk
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and take out pie crust.
